This sucks so bad I had a cold sore last week followed by one in the SAME SPOT now I have another on my top lip. I’m so afraid to touch baby’s Binkie and dealing with my toddler trying to kiss me and drink from my straw is a nightmare. I think it’s all the hormone fluctuations.

ugh I suffer from cold sores too. I feel the tingle coming on and I'm putting ointment on it but I know it's coming. I'm trying to avoid putting my mouth near baby but it's hard!

I highly recommend taking daily lysine supplements. I started getting them alot when I started dating my partner because of his prickly beard. The lysine nearly completely cut them out.

Fwiw I thought it was ridiculous and wasn't going to work. But I'm now very sold and will never quit taking them.

Super cheap and easy.
